I started Vela London because I’ve always had an eye for creating outfits that make people feel confident. I’ve been every size from 18 to 10 and now as a mum of two, I really do understand how much the right outfit can change the way you carry yourself.

I’ve always been the friend who sorts the hair, makeup and outfits for every wedding and event, and I love bringing someone’s vision to life.

Vela London is all about made to measure clothing that celebrates your shape. I design bespoke Indian, Western and Indo Western bridal and occasion wear that fits beautifully and feels like you. Whether it’s a bridal lehenga, a reception gown, a sangeet look or something totally unique, we create pieces that make you walk into a room feeling proud and completely yourself.
